Plans, trial and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day trial for $2.99 with every feature. After 14 days it continues on the plan you chose, monthly or yearly. You can change or cancel any time before then.

Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. Need more than 50 websites? Talk to us.

• Settings → Billing shows your plan, next payment date and usage.
• Pick 1 website or More websites, then Upgrade or Downgrade. During the trial this only changes what you pay after the trial. Nothing is charged today.
• Upgrades apply straight away. The difference for the current period is added to your next bill (or taken off it when you downgrade).
• Cancel subscription (at the bottom of the page) stops renewal. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Invoices and card opens the secure billing portal.

More websites than your plan includes

If you move to a plan with fewer websites (for example from 10 Sites to Starter), you choose which website keeps tracking. The others are paused:

• Nothing is deleted. Past visits, leads and reports stay in your dashboard and exports.
• Paused websites don't record new visits or leads. Their forms still work as normal for your visitors.
• Swap which website is tracked any time from Sites, or upgrade and paused websites resume by themselves.

Lead limits

We email you at 80% and 100% of your monthly leads. Leads keep being saved past the limit, so you never lose one. If a workspace stays at more than twice its limit for two months in a row, new leads stop being saved until it upgrades.

If your plan ends

Tracking stops, but your website and forms keep working. You can still sign in, see your reports and export your leads for 90 days. We email you 30 days and 5 days before the data is deleted. Restart your plan any time before then and everything carries on where it left off.
