Billing questions
Trials, lead limits, plan changes and cancelling, answered in a sentence or two.
What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your subscription starts on the plan you picked, and we email you 3 days before. If you cancel first, your forms keep working, tracking stops and your dashboard becomes read-only. We keep your data for 90 days so you can export it or come back.
Is it GDPR compliant?
HeyLead is built to help you comply. It stores tracking data on your own domain, never stores visitor IP addresses, has a consent mode that works with your cookie banner, and lets you delete any lead's data. A Data Processing Addendum is part of the terms on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page whenever you like, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refunded, except for billing mistakes or where the law requires it. See our refund policy for details.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is one person sending a form on your website. If they send the same form again within 30 minutes, it updates the same lead. Attempts your form rejects with an error aren't counted.
What's the difference between single-site and multi-site plans?
Single-site plans cover one website, and you pay for how many leads you get each month. Multi-site plans cover 10, 25 or 50 websites with unlimited leads, which suits agencies and businesses with several locations. Every plan has every feature.
What if I go over my lead limit?
We email you when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly leads, and we keep saving every lead so none are lost. New leads only stop being saved if you stay above twice your limit for two months in a row, until you move up a plan.
