You don't tag forms or change them. Once the script is on your site, every lead form is detected and each submission is saved as a lead with its full source.
Which forms count as leads
- Any form with an email field, a phone field or a message box.
- Forms that appear later: popups, multi-step forms and forms loaded by page builders.
- Custom forms built with React, Vue or Next.js (including ones without a
<form>tag, or sent with JavaScript) are captured when the send button is clicked. - Works with Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Elementor, Ninja Forms, Fluent Forms, Webflow, HubSpot embeds and plain HTML.
- Search boxes, logins, newsletter-only checkout and payment forms are ignored.
What's saved with each lead
- The answers (name, email, phone, message and other fields).
- First touch (how they found you) and last touch (the visit they converted on): channel, source, medium, campaign, keyword, ad content, click ID and landing page.
- Every visit before the form, with the pages they viewed.
- Device and country.
What is never collected
Password, card number, CVV, bank and file-upload fields are never read. IP addresses aren't stored. See Privacy and cookies.
Forms inside an iframe from another website (Typeform, Jotform, Calendly…) can't be read by any script on your page. Use the form tool's own integration, and hidden fields to pass the UTM values into it.
