Who processes your payment
Payments for HeyLead are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record. Polar sells you the subscription on our behalf, takes the payment, charges the right sales tax or VAT, and issues your invoices and receipts. Your bank statement may show a charge from Polar.
Card details are entered on Polar's secure checkout and processed by its payment provider. HeyLead never sees or stores your full card number.
Payment methods
- Credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Depending on your country and device, other methods Polar supports, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
The methods available to you are shown at checkout. To change your card, open Settings → Billing → Invoices and card.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars, except for customers in India, who pay in Indian rupees. Every plan includes every feature. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months. New workspaces start with a 14-day trial for $2.99 (₹99 in India).

Sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout where it applies, based on your billing address. Businesses can add a tax ID at checkout.
If we change our prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to their next renewal.
Renewals and invoices
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each month or year until you cancel. Your payment method is charged on the renewal date and a receipt is emailed to you. All past invoices are available in the billing portal from Settings → Billing.
Upgrades and downgrades
- During the trial: changing plan costs nothing today. It only changes what you pay when the trial ends.
- On a paid plan: the change applies straight away. Polar works out the difference for the rest of the current period and charges or credits it automatically.
- If the new plan includes fewer websites, you choose which ones keep tracking and the others are paused, with their data kept.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Polar retries it over the following days and we email the workspace owner. Tracking keeps working for a short grace period. If the payment still can't be taken, the subscription ends and tracking stops; your data is then kept read-only for 90 days.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except in the cases listed in our Refund and cancellation policy.
