Yes, HeyLead works with Jotform in two ways. If you embed Jotform's source code, the form runs on your page and every submission is saved in HeyLead with its source. With the standard iframe embed, HeyLead passes the UTM values and channel into the form, so they're saved in matching Jotform fields.
Setup
Updated
Install HeyLead on the website where your Jotform is embedded.
To see submissions in HeyLead: embed the form with Jotform's Source Code option from the Publish tab. Submissions are then captured like any other form.
With the iframe embed: add hidden fields whose Unique Name is utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and lo_channel. Jotform fills them from the values HeyLead adds.
Done. Leads arrive in HeyLead or in Jotform with their source.
